Kingston Resort is a 145 acre community on the beach. The gated entrance provides 24/7 safety and security in this family friendly environment. The community has a number of walking and biking trails around a series of small lakes and ponds and the ocean. West Hyde Park is a subdivision within Kingston Resort. It provides a resort living with beautiful landscaping, multiple swimming pools, and a winding sidewalks with a 10-15 minute walk to the beach.

Great Spot

Great stay!

Nice sized 3 bedroom vaca home minutes from the beach! You can also drive down to the boardwalk which is 20 mins away but there is a beach on the resort. A lot of restaurants nearby including a Walmart that’s only 5 minutes away! Check in and check out were easy and there were no issues with the home. There was ample parking right in front of the villa.

Everything was as advertised. Owners were extremely responsive to any problems ie tv etc. Great location for us. About 8 miles from central myrtle beach but with plenty of restaurants within a 5 mile radius. Condo was very spacious for a 2 bedroom. Would return if I have the opportunity.

The condo was great! It was clean, updated and equipped. The beds were extremely comfortable and the curtains did a good job of keeping the light out for those afternoon naps. We did have one issue working the door lock. When we reached out to our host, they quickly responded and resolved the problem over the phone. I would highly recommend our host and their unit! 😁

Beautiful Property

Condo was beautifully decorated, clean, and had everything we needed! Comfortable seating and bedding. Nice garden-like setting. Property is well landscaped and beach was never too crowded. Pool near beach had plenty of seating available. Very short drive with lots of parking at beach or just walk from unit. (Too hot to walk this week!) Next time we stay we'll definitely bring some board games for rainy evenings! Issue with internet was quickly resolved. AC seemed to have management controlling. It never reached temperature we set it on...was always 74 or higher...and kept resetting to 80. Will definitely stay again. Very peaceful, great location, close to so much! This is a residential community. Locals were very nice. Only noise issue came from renters below on our last day. Other than this family, very quiet community.

Annual Kingston beach trip

Overall very pleased. We would stay again. No pool close to this unit but the unit is great. Large bedrooms and nice living space. Chanda is a great host who is very prompt to respond and take care of any issues.

Family Vacation

The owner was very responsive and the villa was very nice. We had a small issue with the freezer at check in - which was immediately addressed. The only small comment we would provide is that there is not access to amenities like tennis, pickle ball, putting green, and spa/gym, which was a little disappointing. Also the pools are a bit difficult to locate - but once located they are lovely!! Beds are very comfortable and the kitchen is wonderful! It will be nice when the construction at/near the beach is complete.

Nice, Clean Rental for Family

This condo was clean and comfortable. My family of six stayed here for a few days. It's just a shirt drive from the beach access. It was perfect for us! My husband and I enjoyed the back porch. We would get up and drink our coffee on it in the mornings. It was surrounded by trees which gave it privacy. The property manager was very nice as well. She was easy to reach and very helpful and communicative!

Beautiful

The condo was just wonderful! Clean and updated and very comfortable. Just a short walk to the beach. There were chairs, umbrellas and beach toys for us to use which was great. The only negative I found was that the listing showed the pools and hot tub next door at the Hilton which we didn’t actually have access to so that was misleading but with a wonderful beach we didn’t really need a pool!

Great experience!

The space was perfect for my husband and I, and four kids aged 7-15. It was great to have a living space, laundry and full kitchen. The big balcony was also great to relax on. The unit was very clean compared to other places we have stayed. Check in was a breeze. The pool and beach access was also wonderful! We will probably return next year!

Great place

We had a nice beach view and being only 4 floors up meant we could use stairs or the elevator. The condo is so clean and roomy! Beds are comfy and bathrooms are large...we'll stay again if we head back to Myrtle. Also...great host!

West Hyde Park Resort has everything any family would love. For the kids, it has beautiful pools and direct beach access. For adults there is the golf course just a few miles down the road and fishing right off the pier. For nature lovers, there are beautiful walking trails, a boardwalk connecting other Kingston Plantation properties, and a lovely personal balcony to enjoy sunrises and sunsets.

Kingston Plantation is one of the nicest places to stay in Myrtle Beach. Its private access makes for a fun family environment. The proximity to the Hilton restaurants and amenities gives you the luxury feel of a hotel along with the privacy of a personal home.
