I would never stay here again. There were roaches everywhere.! The chairs were broke on the porch patio. It was so difficult to get into the place through the downstairs door, the code would not work and the door would always lock and we always had to bang on the door or call ahead to get in!!

Thank you for sharing this — I’m very sorry your stay was so disrupted. We take pest sightings seriously and arranged an immediate pest-control treatment with follow-up visits and preventative measures. The broken porch chairs were removed and are being replaced/secured so they won’t be a safety issue for future guests. We also inspected and repaired the keypad and entry hardware, and tightened our check-in procedures so the door code is tested and reliable before each arrival. Your feedback helped us identify these problems quickly. We regret the inconvenience you experienced and appreciate you bringing these issues to our attention.
