The units were very nice, and parking was easy and convenient. The location is within walking distance of various restaurants, bars, pet shops, and sweets. We even walked into downtown!

Fantastic units! Our family traveling with a baby stayed in the Luminaire since that unit had a bathtub for the baby’s bath time. Both units were very clean upon arrival. So much space in both units. We never felt cramped. Comfortable beds and nice, fluffy towels in all the bathrooms. We enjoyed walking around the neighborhood and dined at a nice bar/restaurant right up the street. We walked into Philadelphia to visit all the historical sights. A very easy, level walk. We also walked to the Delaware river and enjoyed the bars and art scene there. Street parking was tough to find for the 3rd car in our group but having the 2 dedicated parking spots for our two units was just wonderful. The couple of times I messaged Kevin prior to our stay he always was very prompt in responding.

The artisan's duplex was a great home base for our trip visiting Philadelphia. We were traveling with a large group, so the ability to comfortably accommodate everyone in their own bed was great. The space feels brand new, is beautifully decorated and super clean. My only note that wasn't obvious in the listing (which was actually a perk for us) is that none of the bedrooms have windows - all are either below ground level or are in an interior space. So if you like a dark sleeping environment, it's great! No getting woken up early by street noise or sunlight, and the rooms are otherwise super comfortable. But if you're someone who enjoys natural light to wake up in the morning, this might not be the best spot for you.
