Other things to note:
To ensure a peaceful and respectful experience for all guests and our neighbors, we have a firm no-party policy. This is a historic home in a quiet, residential neighborhood that we expect to be treated with care. Noise sensors are installed in the home and will alert management if sustained sound levels exceed 79 decibels. Repeated breaches of the sound levels or any unauthorized guests on the premises will result in forfeiture of the security deposit and may lead to immediate eviction.
