Great property for larger families. Quiet Location with plenty of off road parking. Spacious open concept living area with large kitchen and outdoor areas for gathering with loved ones at the end of the day. Communication from property owner was timely and exceptional throughout the process.

Great location! We were right across from the lake. And a short drive from Weirs beach. The dock was accessible for day use and was in close walking distance from the house. We got day passes in advance to Ellecoya state beach which I highly recommend as the lot fills up if you don’t have a reservation.The house had bath and beach towels but bring beach chairs. The kitchen was well stocked.We had a great time! Thanks!!

Summer Getaway in Gilford

Enjoyable stay in Gilford in this 4 bedroom house during the holiday week. The house is a short distance to many points of interest in the area and was comfortable for 4 adults, 1 teen and our adult dog. The property is well maintained with a fully stocked kitchen, in law style apartment and outdoor sitting area.

Liked the location but were mislead about day dock and beach access. Renters are not allowed on either. Toilet paper and towels were in short supply. Kitchen lacked miscellaneous items like plastic wrap and aluminum foil. Host was easy to access and accomodating
