Beautiful Place to stay
We had a great time. Well located for downtown fun and dining. The property manager was easily available and responsive. We had a great time.
Randy and guests were perfect tenants. They were very considerate and followed the house rules. We enjoyed having them as our guests and hope to see them back again soon.
Good with some issues
The location is on point! Amazing views! The noise from the street is crazy though! When we arrived, it was after 5 pm. The property wasn’t cleaned and we had to wait over an hour. We hung out on the 9th floor near the pool but were tired and ready to get to our condo. We finally just went to the condo and they were still in there cleaning. It wasn’t cleaned well by any means. We had major issues with hot water for the first several days of our stay. Cold showers for real! Finally Sam was able to fix that issue. They don’t give you extra towels or toilet paper unless you ask. There were numerous issues that by the end of the stay were worked out, but it did cause a bit of a damper on the trip. I was surprised that Sam didn’t give us a discount or reimbursement for the issues. I would recommend this location because it is a great location with beautiful views. But make sure you bring ear plugs. They have one tv so no tv’s in the bedrooms. Sam is a nice guy and isn’t usually the one you deal with. It was nice to have the opportunity to meet him and visit, but he needs to fix some issues. Also I recommend he get tv’s in each room.
Lynette and group did not respond to our request for their arrival time. They showed up around five in the afternoon. Their reservation was for four people. There were seven of them and did not give us an advance notice. We had to prepare additional sleeping accommodations. This was a weekend, the Carnival season and the whole building was occupied. This was the second largest Carnival in the world with over 650,000 people on the streets watching the parade. Obviously, the noise was elevated. People rent at our building because it has the best location to watch the parade from the private balconies. I understand that Lynette booked specifically to watch the parade. In addition, her group was one of the noisiest after consuming tens of beers that were left empty all over the condominium.
Unfortunately, we were already running behind because the renters before them did not leave on time and left the condominium in terrible shape. We started cleaning immediately. We provided extra towels, toilet paper, sheets and bedding to accommodate the extra three persons.
We asked the group to wait on the clubhouse level and enjoy the panoramic views and provided drinks. Once they settled in the condominium, they started asking for items that were already there with additional in the bathroom drawers. They consumed more than six toilet paper rolls in one day. We gave them more when they asked. As for the hot water, Lynette is correct. There was no hot water because someone played with the water heater's setting. Apparently, they did not wait for the hot water to arrive from the boiler and played with the boiler setting and turned it off.
During their stay, Lynette kept sending her drunk husband to request things even after they were provided, including the combination for the entry door which we provided in writing and did a demonstration.
There were several house rules violations including smoking even after we pointed that out to them. "No Smoking" signs were posted everywhere and the smoking areas were indicated in the instructions provided upon arrival and on the HomeAway's site. Half full beer cans were scattered all through the building including the elevator. We received complaints from the other guests regarding Lynette's group.
I was the only person trying to make our guests comfortable and enjoy their stay. The management office does not open on Sundays.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at ElAriss 620. The staff were very helpful, the unit spacious and the view to die for. The comments about the traffic noise are correct but that just means you are in the heart of the action. We would stay here again.

Clean & spacious
Condo was clean and comfortable. Location excellent other than traffic noise which goes well into the night. Some condos have master in back of unit which might be a better choice. Condos are not well appointed if you plan on cooking. For example we had no cutting knives. Only one steak knife and only two wine glasses which makes it hard to entertain guests. Add a few more kitchen items and you’ll have a much better place for folks to enjoy.
Your comments are well taken. There should have been more of the items that you mentioned. These are privately owned condominiums. Some guests misplace things. Also, the owners do not drink alcohol hence not having wine glasses. You requested extra wine glasses from the management office. They provided you with two glasses. All you needed to do is ask for two more. We will see to it that the kitchen will be checked and is complete.
