SPRING & SUMMER COTTAGE- PERFECT LOCATION - One block to Lake Michigan

Darling immaculately clean two bedroom cottage, one block from Packard Park beach and playground and four blocks from town. Newly renovated, new furnishings, freshly painted, new carpeting and flooring, new shower, new mattresses and bedding. New owners. We vacationed in South Haven eight years ago with our family and loved the North side of South Haven and found this home and cottage on the same street where we rented. It's a perfect spot in the very best location, and we are pleased to offer our cute cottage for rent weekly during the peak summer season. You will immediately be welcomed by a large deck with new furnishings for your outdoor pleasure. Everything inside the cottage is new and fresh in a beach theme. Full size bed in the main bedroom with a full size bottom and twin upper bunk bed in the second. Single pull-out sofa bed is in the living room. Kitchen is fully equipped with apartment size stove, microwave and full size refrigerator. Seating comfortably for 4-5 at dining table, but we bet you will eat outside on the deck most days. Come see why we love South Haven!

September in South Haven

Grew-up on an inland lake in the Grand Rapids area and always wanted to own a lake property. We decided to spend our kids inheritance and enjoy lake life in retirement. Here we are in South Haven!
