About this property

Darling immaculately clean two bedroom cottage, one block from Packard Park beach and playground and four blocks from town. Newly renovated, new furnishings, freshly painted, new carpeting and flooring, new shower, new mattresses and bedding. New owners. We vacationed in South Haven six years ago with our family and loved the North side of South Haven and found this home and cottage on the same street we rented. It's a perfect spot in the very best location, and we are pleased to offer our cute cottage for rent weekly during the peak summer season and daily in the off-season. You will immediately be welcomed by a large deck with new furnishings for your outdoor pleasure. Everything inside the cottage is new and fresh in a beach theme. Full size bed in one bedroom with a full size bottom and twin upper bunk bed in the second. Single pull-out sofa bed is in the living room. Kitchen is fully equipped with apartment size stove, microwave and full size refrigerator. Seating comfortably for 4-5 at dining table, but we bet you will eat outside on the deck most days. Much Needed Getaway

I have been in the city all summer and I needed a beach. I love the South Haven area. When I found Clair's Cottage, it seemed just right. The beach is so close that I could walk to it several times a day. The cottage is darling, with comfortable beds (I slept very well!) and anything else you might want.

Cozy cottage

It was very cozy,clean,quiet and so adorable it felt like a home away from home very relaxing they had a nice welcoming bucket with snacks and plenty of card ,and board games as well we needed to stay longer to enjoy all of it definitely will be back again

Perfect Two Days

We are from Illinois and have a '62 TR4. We have a range of about 5 hours that we like to travel and South Haven is our favorite for our two-day jaunts. Though not exactly on the beach, it's as close as you can get and with the private front area, it's a great location. Clean, well stocked with basic needs, and a walk to downtown.

Grew-up on an inland lake in the Grand Rapids area and always wanted to own a lake property. We decided to spend our kids inheritance and enjoy lake life in retirement. Here we are in South Haven!
