Continually updating & renewing with new furniture, new floors, new windows, new paint, etc. Spacious 1650 sq feet 4th floor unit with large balcony to enjoy warm ocean breezes. Close proximity to shopping, dining (of all types), and recreation.

Master suite offers a king size bed, wall mount TV, private balcony, and large private bath complete with Jacuzzi, walk in shower and double vanities.

Second bedroom also has a King size bed, private access to the main balcony, wall mount TV, and private full bathroom.

Third bedroom has Full bunk w/full bed & full trundle, TV and adjacent full bath.

Fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar accommodating seating for 10, utensils, dishes, and cookware provided.

Perhaps the most appealing asset is this properties location. Secluded on the south side of 30A complete with private beach. You will find the 50 ft tall atrium with palm trees, tropical plants and sitting areas breathtaking. Open the slidding glass doors to see, hear and feel the ocean and it's breezes.

The beaches of Blue Mountain are some of the most beautiful in the world. We welcome you to our little piece of Heaven on earth. Bike or drive minutes away to dune lakes, fine dining, cafes, shopping, or outdoor concerts.

Our condo is located just about 20 miles from Destin and about 30 miles from Panama City.

We greatly anticipated this trip to Blue Mountain Beach as it had been delayed a year due to the pandemic. This property more than lived up to our expectations! Loved this area. We have never stayed this far down. We always stay in Rosemary, but Blue Mountain was beautiful and the beach was not crowded at all. The condo was beautiful with plenty of room for the six of us to spread out. We had one hiccup with the keycards not working on our arrival, but the owner was quick to take care of it, even though it was 1am. Great vacation. We definitely will stay here again.

Spring Break 2016

Our family LOVED this condo! Very spacious, comfortable, and well appointed, we could not have asked for a better vacation spot! Everything we needed was in the condo, so all we needed to do was to walk steps from the from of the building to the ocean. Other than groceries (there is a Publix about a mile or so away) the owners have provided everything you need! Situated on a great stretch of 30A, Blue Lupine is an ideal location and our family will definitely be back!

It is secluded but also close to many activities. I love to exercise and this is a great place to run and bike, also the workout room is great for rainy days and the atrium is great for the kids on rainy days.
