Not the property we booked

This property is not what we stayed in. We were moved to another property. We only became aware the property was not available as it was “under construction” when I enquired about where we would be met on arrival, 2 days prior to us arriving. At this point we had little chance of booking another large place with such little notice. The manager did arrange pick up for us from the airport as a way of compensation. There was no communication after our check in other than from us to them to confirm transportation back to the airport. The deck we had couldn’t be used at nighttime as the lights didn’t work. The pool is not part of this property and is not the one on the photos advertised. There is a pool but it is public and you need to pay to enter. Read other people’s reviews on other booking websites, you will see that this has happened to other people also.

Loved our stay at the Penthouse, our host was so amazing and kind and helpful. The penthouse was clean and gorgeous, the aircon worked really well and the rooftop deck was awesome for food and drinks. The area was nice all amenities you need were downstairs within a couple of minutes walk. Would highly recommend especially for large groups, loved loved loved it.

This was a good homebase for our adventures in Ho Chi Minh City. The district 7 location was particularly good for the ability to walk to many great restaurant options. The large space was great because our family got to spread out and have some quiet time in the different spaces. The kitchen has the basics, but this place is best suited to a group that wants to eat out or take advantage of the available catering. Thanks for taking good care of us.

In short, this is a dream combination of penthouse + surroundings. We really love "Phu My Hung city". Very convenient and beautiful. We basically never left the place because it was so wonderful to just spend time there, relax, enjoy movie & music in the terrace, watch the beautiful city view from balcony and swim in the pool. The guest have everything you need from a barbecue to the outdoor theater. The host are lovely people and wonderful and made us feel right home from the start to end. We would love to go back and spend another family reunion there. Incredibly homely and perfect location for a family and friends holiday. This place is magical!!
