Guests do NOT have access to the boat lift. It is strictly for the homeowners’ use only.

Dock Access Update:
Due to shallow water levels, the dock is currently not accessible by motorboat.
However, it remains perfect for:

Fishing

We have begun the permitting process to dredge and remove muck from the channel in order to restore motorboat access in the near future. We appreciate your understanding!
