Step onto your private west-facing lanai and take in the uninterrupted views of a peaceful lava preserve. This quiet outdoor space invites slow mornings with coffee and unhurried evenings with the sky painted in orange and pink hues. Within the gated Palm Villas community, you’ll also have access to a resort-style pool, hot tub, BBQ area, and fitness center - all only steps from your door. Guests can walk scenic historic trails to the Mauna Lani Beach Club, where calm waters are ideal for snorkeling and paddleboarding. Sleeping arrangements

The villa comfortably accommodates up to six guests across three thoughtfully furnished bedrooms. The primary suite features a king bed, an ensuite bath with a soaking tub and walk-in shower, and direct access to the lanai. The second bedroom offers a queen bed, while the third includes two twin beds - perfect for children or friends. A second bathroom with a tub-shower combination serves the additional bedrooms. All rooms include ceiling fans, and the home is cooled by central air conditioning for restful nights in Hawaii’s warm climate.

Indoor comfort and conveniences

The open-plan living space is designed for both gathering and quiet relaxation. A well-equipped kitchen includes full-size appliances, cooking basics, and a coffee maker, with seating at both the dining table and breakfast bar. The living area features a Smart TV for movie nights and high-speed Wi-Fi for staying connected. In-unit washer and dryer, bed linens, hair dryer, and iron are provided for ease during longer stays.

**This rental unit is allowed a maximum of two vehicles: the first in the garage and the second in an unassigned space with the unit parking placard displayed. Please be aware that garages at Palm Villas are relatively small and may not accommodate oversized vehicles. If you are going to rent a car, we recommend requesting one no larger than a mid-size SUV. A large SUV or Truck may not fit in the garage. If you plan to have two cars, please notify us so that we can provide the unit parking placard for the second vehicle.
