Our condo is perfectly situated on the 10th floor unit with amazing views of the Gulf!! We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the Living room and Master bedroom. With over 2,000 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!!



Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Gulf Shores II condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 75” flat screen SMART TV in living room and a flat screen 65" SMART TV in the master, and a 55" Smart TV in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the master, two Queen beds in the 2nd bedroom, two Twin over Queen bunk beds in the 3rd bedroom, and a queen sized sleeper sofa for sleeping up to 14.



There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool that connects with a lazy river and water slide, heated in-door swimming pool, large jacuzzi, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf.



There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.

Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $70.00 (subject to change). Any 3br unit you rent at Phoenix Gulf Shores II guarantees you can purchase up to TWO parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but do not expect an extra pass during the summer season.

The whole place was awesome. Only one issue and has nothing to do with complex or unit. The lady in the check in area was rude every time I went to the counter. Only twice, but left impression that she didn’t care about anyone staying there. I witnessed this at check with a couple that was checking in before me. Then she was rude to me and my wife. Next day rude to my 80 year old parents and my sister. We avoided area the remainder of the time. The unit was perfect.

We absolutely loved our stay at this brand-new beachfront condo! The views of the ocean were stunning, especially the sunsets from the balcony. The condo itself was beautifully done and made us feel right at home the moment we walked in. Our three kids couldn’t get enough of the bunk bed room, and they spent hours enjoying the lazy river, water slide, and indoor hot tub. It was the perfect mix of relaxation and fun for the whole family.We will definitely be back!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. The property was as described! Clean, brand new, lots of amenities, beautiful pool, lazy river and water slide was a huge plus along with the large indoor swimming pool and hot tub area plus wonderful fitness facilities! My only suggestion is that the condo facility post better rules for the water slide and employees are consistent on them regarding the puddle jumper floats for little kids! I would like to recommend better signage for the parking garage floors on the outside because it was hard to see exactly what floor you are on unless you spot it on the elevator door! The location of the condo is excellent!
