Easy door lock code entrance. Bedroom bed frame disattached but own repair the next day since we arrived very late. Good space. Make sure to bring all necessaries for bathroom. Only had 1 roll of toilet paper.
Pulling up and seeing an overgrown yard and some shirtless men drinking beer in the driveway wasn ’t a great first impression. We then had to walk in an uncared for walkway and in and overgrown back yard to get to the steps. It felt like we were walking through someone else’s yard to get back to the backyard. Once in, it was missing a couple of necessities but it was nice. I wouldn’t want to stay here if I were alone and had to walk in the dark by myself. The water also turned off the last morning we were there.Parking was also a slight issue - we were told to park in the overgrown front yard because the driveway was blocked by another car.

The lawn was overgrown. There was no space in the bathroom for personal items. None of the kitchen outlets worked. The floors and vents were dirty. The air conditioner was set remotely at very cold temperature. Most towels were stained. There was no handle on the fence gate and it didn't close properly. There were dead bugs on every windowsills. There was no cable TV, only streaming apps. Had to walk through a narrow unlandscaped alley to get to the unit.
Not as advertised at all. Could barely find the parking spot, had to walk though an overgrown alley to find the apartment. Walk through a bunch of rotten mangos on the ground. The place had very dirty floors and cobwebs everywhere. The beds, the shower, the kitchen. Promised space for six people. Didn’t have enough towels for everyone to shower. Promised shampoo. Had near empty travel sized bottles. Had only one bowl. We could even all eat cereal for breakfast. The bed was extremely bumpy and squeaky. The couch was covered in stains. I’m extremely upset that I paid money for this dump.
The accommodation was good and a reasonable value. The place was clean and comfortable. Accommodation access could be better as dog waste in the back path fowled our shoes. The access fence was difficult. Every thing else was fine.

The day we arrived and entered through the gate we noted several large areas of dog feces on the gravel/shell path leading to the stairs. Contacted host and it was corrected. Holliday more dog feces on path and every day after. Contacted the host again and he never responded Parking was unclear stating park on the R side of driveway but there is only one side of the driveway. Limited supplies: 3 ragged towels, 2 washcloths. 4 coffee pods and 2 coffee cups. There was a washer/dryer that doesn’t work . Beds uncomfortably and shoddy pillows. The AC was blasting and no way to control it
