It was a wonderful 4th of July. I loved the townhome. Location, location, location. You are right at the beach, swimming pool, hot tub, and game room. Thank you such much for a nice clean home. We will be returning hopefully in the fall. To the families that are coming in the future you don’t need chairs, rafts, or sand toys. Fully stocked.🇺🇸

Loved it!

This was our first time visiting the Outer Banks and we were very impressed with this property. One of our biggest things are cleanliness and we were very impressed how clean it was. It's convenient to restaurants and shops. It's close to the beach and pool. My kids loved both. The outdoor balconies were so relaxing to sit in the evenings. Loved the amount of space we had. What I also loved was some of the decor that made it feel like I was at the beach as a kid. You can't beat the location. We loved it so much we asked to stay for another night. Would definitely recommend and plan to stay again in the future!

Great Location, Comfortable Home

Our family of 4 settled very comfortably in this townhouse right across the street from the beach. We were walking distance from a number of restaurants and a great local bookstore. Our host was very responsive, and even accommodated a special request we had, which made our stay even better. Highly recommended!

A small piece of paradise

This small townhome's quaint layout is a restful paradise, just a small skip from the beach, but still smack in the middle of town. Perfect for a staging location to explore the town or hit the beach for sun and surf. This location is not accessible-friendly and could not be navigated with crutches, much less a wheelchair, so please be aware.

Great Location! Great stay!

Everything about our staying was lovely! We had 4 adults and 3 kids (6-12 years old), so the accommodations were perfect for us. Beach access was a 2 minute walk, and it was never crowded (of course it was early June). We even saw lots of dolphins and a sting ray off the beach! Although a lot of the home isn’t “updated” as someone complained about, we knew that from the photos. It’s very beach cottage feeling, which we loved, and very clean! However, the photos didn’t show the beautiful updated full baths, and updated televisions/tech. There are games and puzzles to keep a family busy while relaxing, and the lovely balconies to enjoy the stars at night! This place has all the beach toys, buckets, boogie boards, chairs, and even a cooler for your use. I do wish this was in the listings because we did purchase some things we didn’t need too, but I might have missed that in the listing. You do have to bring your own linens and towels (remember those hand towels for the bathrooms), but that’s a small thing for the great price we got this place for! The pool is a lovely break from the waves every now and then, and there are so many restaurants and other activities close by. We didn’t have any issues, so never needed to contact anyone. Highly recommend for families! This was my family’s first time in Kitty Hawk, and we loved it because our stay here was such a perfect match and perfect location so close to the beach!

We did not see that this location does not provide bed Linens or towels in the fine print. Pictures on line show towels and linens. This was misleading and frustrating. Nice place just seems rather cheap We had to go to Walmart to buy sheets and towels - not you want to do on vacation

The experience was good, just an issue getting in, we had the code, but was not informed you had to hit the check after, was a little frustrating. We praise you for coming out the same night to fix our AC unit, had been 96 that day and got hot very quickly. Overall was pleased and would rent there again. Thank you, S. Jones and family.

Nice condo close to the ocean.

Perfect property to stay at. Coming clear across the states, no linen was a added difficulty but we managed. Luckily I thought of kitchen towels also. There are two flights of stairs to get to the livingroom area but the views were amazing off the decks!!

Perfect Basecamp for Beach Escape

Stayed here for a long October weekend at OBX. We really enjoyed the townhome and don't think the online photos do it justice. Can't beat the location for accessing beach, restaurants, lighthouses, parks, and shops. Our teenage boys REALLY enjoyed the included clubhouse activities like ping pong, tennis, racquetball, basketball, and some old school arcade games, not to mention the pool and hot tub. Like, others have commented, it would be so much more convenient if linens were provided, but it wasn't an issue for us to bring them. Lastly, thought I'd share the bedroom set up for those who are wondering, like we were. There's one bedroom on upper floor (next to kitchen) with a twin bed and a bunk bed. On the second floor there's a king BR (with balcony and bath), and another queen BR. We're already looking at next year's calendar to come back!

Beautiful decor. Short walk to the beach with a street to cross. Comfortable beds and plenty of seating for seven of us. Only two burners on the stove worked. Close to many activities, parks, and restaurants. Pool access was a must for us, and it was convenient. Loved the finished garage for extra space. For the price, a bit disappointed to have to bring linens. No blankets available. Kitchen had everything we needed.

The only thing that was disappointing was that the pool was not available to use, nor were we able to get into the rec/game room. We brought 4 teenagers with us & these were going to be their fun activities. We should have been told that these amenities would not be available. Thank you!

Great location. Clean. Felt secure. My only negative was the microwave did not work. I emailed the host the first day and didn’t even get a response. The stove was very old and burned things easily in the oven. All in all, we would definitely go again.

Amazing

Property was better than expected. Pool was about ten steps away as well as the beach. Neighbors all friendly and helpful. We came two days before hurricane isais and luckily were able to stay and actually ended up having no effect in our area. Some things closed or differing hours due to covid 19. However, we were still able to do a lot and had a great family vacation.
