The house was perfect for our family gathering from around the country for my son’s wedding. Plenty of everything we needed for our group with ample dishes, linens, towels, etc. The host was very responsive to our every need leading up to and during our stay. Everything was in working order, clean and well maintained. My daughter lives in the neighborhood so I know this property is often rented and is perfect for families or friends for get togethers. It’s an easy Uber to the airport, downtown and lots of local attractions. The neighborhood is historic and easily walkable and near many historic areas of Indy. The Children’s Museum is just a couple of blocks walk.

The home was clean and perfect for my extended family that came in for a graduation. We had a party of 10 and of various ages. There were games to play and sitting on the porch in the mornings was lovely! When I had questions, I received a prompt response from the host. We enjoyed our stay.

This place was literally perfect for our large group! The house feels like it is brand new, so clean, and there were so many plusses like more than we could ever use supply of towels, coffee and coffee condiments, Shampoo, conditioner, and soap, and so much ice!! Honestly, it was everything we could need! Great stay, we will be back!

We had a group of 10 guys visiting Indy for a car show. Everything was great. We had a few minor issues which the host fixed within one hour. The kitchen was very well stocked and plenty of towels and pillows for all of us. Will definitely reach out next time we visit Indy.

This is a lovely property and the host was responsive and their instructions were perfect. Great communication. The house was immaculate, plenty of towels and the kitchen was very well equipped. Comfortable furniture and lots of board games; we loved the nice quiet location also!

I have stayed a couple times with this host and they have been great to work with. We needed more propane and let the host know, they were out within hours to refill... on a weekday nonetheless.We stay and will continue to say at properties owned by this group.

This is a beautiful spacious property with room to spread out. It is close to all the cool stuff that you want to do in Indy: museums, the zoo, restaurants, the canal walk. I enjoyed my daily walk in this beautiful neighborhood of stately homes. I wish that we had more time to see the sights because there is so much to do in Indianapolis.

This N Washington VRBO was perfect for our 3-family (w/ 8 grandkids) visit to Indianapolis for the DCI Drum & Bugle Corps Championship at the Lucas Oil Stadium 5 miles away. Communication with the host and management team was great! Check in and access to the property was easy. Instructions for accessing the property and how to operate the security system alarm was very clear and easy to understand, and reliable wi-fi was provided. The hosts were very responsive. We had an issue with one toilet that had a broken handle. A plumber showed up relatively quickly to make the repair. He was very proficient, friendly, and courteous even tho it was after 5 Pm. The kitchen was very well stocked with practically everything needed to prepare meals. Another great benefit of this property was the very close proximity to the Children’s Museum. The grandkids thoroughly enjoyed the museum. Beds were comfortable with firm mattresses and fluffy pillows. Kids liked the bunkbeds, but the thick quality mattresses made one of the top bunk safety railings barely higher than the mattress. No little kids on that top bunk. The house was very spacious and comfortable for 15 of us. Thanks to the hosts and management team for minimizing any conceivable stress associated with renting this property. And thanks to the owners for sharing their home.

The host was clear and great communication, instructions were timely and easy to follow.Location was good to entertainment and highways to get around the city. The hone had great beds and pillows, plenty of sleeping space for my family.My house recommendations:Cleaners to clean oven, improved landscaping with grass cut, stair well handrails needs repairing, a new gas grill should be purchased, spider webs and large spiders need to be removed from front porch, some of the game equipment are broken and need replacements.Thank you for sharing your home
