This house was perfect for our family gathering of about 10 people. The location is great for access to the KC streetcar. The kitchen was nicely equipped. (We did both cooking and take out.) Unlike many short-term rentals that have inadequate kitchen amenities, this place had everything we needed, including multiple coffee-making options and newer appliances. We also appreciated the large off street parking and generally quiet neighborhood.

In town for graduation at KU. The property is location between down KC and Country Club Plaza - which is a great area for shopping, eating, and walking. The home is older with lots of charm. It has been updated and was clean. The host took care of questions we had when we arrived immediately. Perfect for a weekend with our family. Thanks!

We had a great time during our stay there with family. The house was very clean and the location was quiet, away from downtown but close enough to get there quickly on the trolley. It was quite hot during our stay and the AC worked great.
