Lamento sinceramente que su percepción de la estadía haya sido tan negativa y que en su mensaje solo se destaquen esos aspectos. Desde el primer contacto se les informó claramente que la casa no se encontraba completamente preparada, y aun así decidí aceptar la reserva cuando perfectamente pude haberla rechazado.
También me resulta una lástima que lo expresado aquí no refleje el trato y la comunicación que se mantuvo durante la estadía, la cual —especialmente a través de su nieta— fue siempre amable y cordial.
Agradezco igualmente sus comentarios, que nos sirven para seguir mejorando.
