Owner was slow to answer emails (often 2-3 days) and often required multiple emails from request to rent, questions, and even while we were there. There were very minimal amenities (only 4 dining chairs for 5 BR house, very minimal cookware, only 5 towel sets for rental with 8 people.) Towel bar and toilet paper holder in upstairs hall bath fell off wall with normal use. Shoes were left in front coat closet upon our arrival.

Roomy rental in a fairly quiet neighborhood. Easy access from main roads. Simple check in and check out process. If you need a convenient, economical, and comfortable place to stay in the Spotsylvania area, this is a great option. If you are looking for “all the bells and whistles” this may not be the place for you. Group seating is generally in the dining room. Kitchen is not fully equipped but extras like quality paper plates and single use plastic utensils are available. Bedrooms all have large TVs and the Queen beds are comfortable but are only outfitted with minimal bedding. Single towels are provided in each bedroom. Our stay was perfect, just needed a landing spot for the night, no bells and whistles needed, thank you Razon.
