Peaceful home with WiFi, AC and more - Las Vegas Up to 12 people w/ bubbling spa

Newly renovated home in a peaceful Las Vegas neighborhood, only around 20 minutes from the Strip!

Quiet neighborhood. Relax in the bubbling spa, nap in the hammock, and enjoy space for up to 12 guests with 2 comfy sofa beds.

Dogs welcome with a pet fee. 2 maximum only with a pet fee.

Additional photos such as the large pool and gym are in another area outside the house around 20 minutes away. It is also FREE but limited to 6 adults with a limit from 9am to 10pm and maximum 3 hours to stay there. If you have any questions, send me a message before booking.

We do not allow loud parties or events. The City has a 10 PM noise rule, so no outdoor noise after that hour is permitted.

Parking? No stress! We have 2 spaces inside and 2 right in front. Total; 4 cars or more: NO tickets, no towing, no fines. The closest region to Lake Las Vegas!!

Great stay, property looked just like the photos, clean and tidy as well. Host was quick to respond to any questions or concerns, would stay again!
