Six minutes to Garden City for food and shakes, but tucked away from its noise and crowds. A quick 16 minute drive gets you to the lake's popular North Beach.

We have vacationed every summer in this home for many years. We purchased it in 2022 and completed a full remodel in 2025, so everything is new.
What makes this property unique
Our home is located in an ideal spot with sweeping views of the lake and the mountains. It's far enough away from the Garden City and the highway to ensure peace and quiet. Five minutes to grocery/restaurants/hardware/clothing/ATM in Garden City. There's a pizza place and a convenience store only 2 minutes away in Fish Haven.
