Your space has individual entrance. The two bedroom are connected, but can locked from both side. There will be other tenants live same floor with you, but they do have their private entrance. Two connected bedrooms means one person would have to walk through another persons bedroom to go to the bathroom. This house has two sunny bedrooms, a comfortable and spacious living room, and a sun room with fully open windows that can also be used as a bedroom. It is also very suitable for yoga meditation. Each room can enjoy the outdoor scenery of the yard surrounded by green plants and flowers. It can accommodate six people at the same time. It is a super cost-effective luxury suite with a walking index of 96 points and a very advantageous location! The washer and dryer are outside of the building, in the front yard. The washer only has cold water.

This house is walking distance to Town and Country. It was an 15 minute walk to Stanford Stadium. It's only a short drive to downtown where there are a lot of restaurants and shops. It's pretty centrally located.The property is well maintained, nicely decorated with a lot of natural light. There is a generous sized kitchen which is well stocked -appliance wise.There are 2 queen-sized beds in separate bedrooms as well as a double bed in a room next to the kitchen. In a pinch one might be able to use the two sofas in the living room as beds, though one might be a bit short. Two bathrooms come in handy even if only a couple people are staying.Nolan was very responsive if we had questions. I would stay there again if I needed a place in the area.
