The Villas of the Four Seasons Residence Club Punta Mita were designed by Diego Villaseñor, the celebrated Mexican architect who designed the Four Seasons Resort at Punta Mita. Each villa is fully furnished and luxuriously appointed in a Four Seasons sophisticated Mexican style. Floor plans highlight outdoor living and ocean views.

The Villa was completed in January 2007, there is over 2,100 square feet of immaculate ocean view interior living space with Four Seasons appointed furnishings. A nearly 800-square-foot private terrace with its own private ocean view infinity edge plunge pool, dining and lounge areas, and a stainless steel Viking gas grill brings the total living space to just under 3,000 square feet. The overall feeling inside the villa is extremely spacious, warm, and comfortable with seamless access to the outdoor terrace/pool when the sliding glass wall is retracted.

Other highlights include a separate terrace off the master bedroom, granite countertops and rich wood cabinets in the kitchen and baths, and stone countertops in the bathrooms and powder room.

The kitchen features a Sub-zero refrigerator, Wolf gas range and oven, microwave, dishwasher and stainless steel sink. Every convenience has been provided including quality cookware, tableware, flatware, accessories and linens. The Four Seasons will arrange to have food delivered to the villa on the day of your arrival or throughout your visit, if you wish.

The villa has 2 spacious master suites, one with king bed and the other with 2 full beds, including Signature Four Seasons beds and linens. All bedrooms have a plasma television, 2 line speaker phone with voice mail and generous closet space. The bathrooms are beautifully designed, the master has an indoor and outdoor shower and all are stocked with wonderful, fluffy Four Seasons towels, robes and L'Occitane toiletries.

A discreet work area features a built in desk with a 2 line speaker phone, voice mail and high-speed Internet access with data/fax port.

The villa is also equipped with a stacked washer and dryer and iron or laundry and dry-cleaning services are available from the Resort.
