With no neighbors above or below, you’ll enjoy both privacy and tranquility. The open concept floor plan enhances the sense of space, while tasteful decor and thoughtful furnishings create a warm, inviting atmosphere. An assigned parking spot is included for added convenience.

Comfortable Sleeping Arrangements
The home accommodates up to 6 guests. Upstairs, the primary suite offers a brand-new king bed, stylish new furniture, and a private lanai with golf course views. The ensuite bathroom features a large sunken tub, a separate shower, and dual vanities. The second bedroom downstairs also includes a new king bed and has access to a full bathroom shared with the living space. A queen sofa sleeper in the living room provides additional accommodations. All bedrooms are equipped with flat screen TVs, and there is a large TV in the living area for movie nights or streaming.
