Smart TV’s in each bedroom with a queen bed in the guest bedroom and a king bed in the master. The villa has a detached garage with beach goodies inside for your use. Chairs, umbrella, cooler and a few boogie boards and snorkels to enjoy. E building is at the end of the complex, it provides privacy and easy parking with garage parking too. Two pools with hot tubs in the complex with a small work out room.

Enjoyed our stay.Pool and barbecue facilities well maintained.Location was excellent for walking around and seeing the sights.
Accommodations were comfortable.
Ice and water dispensers did not work on the refrigerator.
Cutlery needs replacing in kitchen .
This is a beautiful property in the best area of the big island. The property manager was really prompt and responsive to all questions. . I would highly recommend this place.
The condo was great and had everything we needed (minus a coffee grinder). The Hilton Pool Pass was an added bonus with kids and we really enjoyed that. Most things are walkable in the area with nice sidewalks that mostly make sense. Despite this, there is excessive car usage in the Waikoloa area. The condo was quiet. Beds between soft and firm.
After a bad experience with our original Condo in Kona, we had to relocate half way through our stay. This property was a blessing. A member of our party is wheelchair bound and this unit was spacious enough to get wheelchair in both bathrooms and move throughout the house. Ground level also made it very accessible. The complex is well maintained and close to shopping.
