This newly built holiday home is located in a small historical village called Rakovci (Baderna), in a peaceful countryside setting which makes it a perfect peaceful retreat from rush of a modern life. Seascape and serene natural setting makes this charming villa even more unique and pleasant to stay. Nevertheless, it is located just a short drive away from the city centre of Poreč.

It features a large private pool, sun loungers and a large garden with modern garden furniture. Moreover the outside area offers you an outdoor kitchen with barbecue and a large table for 8 people. This dining area is covered with roof so it is the ideal place to relax out of the sun. There is also an amazing outdoor lighting, which creates a very pleasant atmosphere in the evenings. The completely enclosed and gated surrounding offers enough space for your relaxing holidays.

Inside you will find a richly equipped kitchen with large fridge, dishwasher, wine fridge, espresso coffee machine, “filter coffee” machine and a breakfast table. Just next to the kitchen there is an elegant dining area with a round table for 8 people and incredibly stylish living room with flat screen SAT TV, Playstation and cozy fireplace area.
The four comfortable double bedrooms are all fitted with a high-end ensuite bathroom. One of them is on the ground floor, while the other three are on the beautiful first floor terrace overlooking the stunning surroundings. One of the bedrooms has an additional single bed area and a balcony.

The entire house has been carefully decorated with great attention to details.
All rooms are air-conditioned/heated and have WI-FI internet. There is also a big parking, large enough for more than 5 cars, which is closed with automated gates.
