Hello! Ian here! I was raised in Eugene and having been many other places in this world, I cannot see myself living anywhere else. I'm a high school science teacher and have a love of everything outdoors.
Why they chose this property
In my (biased) opinion, this is the most beautiful neighborhood in Eugene. Although walking distance to restaurants, the U of O, and a block away from Hendrick's Park, this house is removed from the noise of campus. The house locate on a quiet, dead end, gravel road, and completely surrounded by trees. You have to look hard to see another house out of any of the huge windows :)
