Situated right on the sand in an upscale neighborhood, this home boasts high ceilings and an elegant chandelier that add a touch of luxury. Cozy seating arrangements invite you to relax and unwind. Whether you watch your favorite shows on the flat-screen TV or enjoy a quiet evening by the fireplace, this living space is designed for ultimate comfort.

The space
This this is a back house of ocean front duplex in Naples island neighborhood. The house has three levels. First floor is the garage. Second floor is two bedrooms and third floor is living room and kitchen.

LIVING ROOM
Open-concept living room and kitchen with two patios offering breathtaking ocean views. Features include a 65'' Samsung TV, sophisticated high-end design, and top-of-the-line appliances.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: (Both Bedrooms are downstairs)

- Bedroom No#1: 1 queen bed with a small work desk

- Bedroom No#2: 1 queen bed sleeping 2 and one bunk bed with a pull out sleeping 3 more.

PATIO: Has seating area with BBQ grill.

PARKING: Garage parking on the right side of the garage only.

PETS
Pet fee: $35 per pet, per night. Flat rate available depending on the number of nights and pets.

LAUNDRY: In unit and also inside the garage

No party of any kind. We have party detector and will come and shut down party. We will cancel your reservations without any refund and will call the police to escort you out of the property.

We not be refilling propane so please refill if you plan to use the grill.

Parking is only on the right side of the garage.
