EXIT through the Front. Lock the back patio gate & kitchen door from the inside and exit thru front door. Secure the home by pushing the lock button on the keypad.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We do allow smoking in the patio only; no smoking inside the unit at any time

Sweet and Simple

The stay in this unit was for a sweet and simple trip with my family. It is in a older complex and the neighborhood is very simple, but was quiet and I had no problems. The unit was clean, and had supplies to make the stay very comfortable. There was water and tea and coffee, lots of towels, bath soap, shampoo, cooking supplies outside of the typical which was very thoughtful. The dishwasher is not comfortably placed and the mattress in the Main bedroom is a foam one, that I personally dont find comfortable. Overall the place is a cute little townhouse and provided just what I was in need of. There is a little backyard that was nice space. And we were able to access the pool and had a parking space. It was easy to get into the unit.
