The Grand Mason Station: Historic Luxury meets Vintage Charm

This 1901 historical beauty that was once a Franklinton train stop has been fully renovated w/ all the modern luxuries & amenities for the whole family. Only 30 mins from Raleigh!
Fully stocked kitchen, all rooms w/ private bathrooms , everyone will be comfortable in this charming & spacious home. Relax on several porches to enjoy a cup of coffee or explore Franklinton's Main St. foodie scene, bars & shops all within walking distance.
Ping pong, smart TVs, high speed WiFi , & games galore!

Downstairs there are two bedrooms (one king) and a (queen + twin trundle bed) and upstairs three bedrooms (one king, and two queens). All bedroom rooms have their own full bathroom stocked with towels and necessities.

The kitchen and gathering room perfect to bring everyone together with everything you need to cook a gourmet meal together.

The family room has a large couch, ping pong table and a large roku TV!

Enjoy the front porch, upper balcony (my fav!) and an expansive deck with plenty of seating to sit and relax. There is also a firepit with wood provided for those chilly nights :)

There is plenty of parking with a u-shaped driveway and additional spaces behind the home.

Downtown Franklinton is central North Carolina's latest hot spot for foodies, shopping and weddings. There is so much to do and we are happy to help as you plan your trip!

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please strip all sheets on used beds and bring them and used towels to laundry room. You may leave the comforters and shams in the bedrooms. You may start a load of wash if you have time!
Please empty all trash and put in the trash bins at end of driveway on Hicks St side.
Please make sure any outdoor fire is put out before you leave and that the grill is recovered if used.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
