Low Cost Alternative to rents paid in Ithaca. This is an efficiency apartment being part of a single family home located in a very nice residential area in the Village of Dryden. 650 sq. ft. with a full size bed, fully stocked kitchenette including, full bath/whirlpool tub/shower, cable TV, and WiFi.

Owners live upstairs and are fully Vaccinated for COVID-19.

Parking is conveniently adjacent to outside door.

Visiting kid in college

My husband and I were visiting our son for Family weekend at college. All hotels were booked from months in advance. I found this gem of a little place and we will be using it every time we visit our son from now on. Apt is clean and perfect size for the 2 of us. Home owners who we met separately were wonderful. Location was perfect. 5 star for sure.

Convenient and cozy stay

Overall nice spot. It’s small but convenient. Perfect spot for 1-2 people to stay. I was there for a baseball tournament with my Son. It was better then staying in a hotel and was probably cheaper. Overall clean. Very accessible. Convenient location. I would definitely stay there again. Perfect for couples.

This was a last minute change of plan and Steve was great about fitting me in. Super helpful and friendly. Had everything I needed, was close to Cornell and was very peaceful
