This was an interesting place to stay. It’s a 100yo converted textile mill and all the units seem to be rentals. There is one elevator located on one side of the building. We used the 30-step stairwell to access our second floor apartment. The neighborhood was quiet and safe and the property is gated. There are active railroad tracks just outside the entrance, but no train horns so it was not so bad. Manager was quick to respond to questions . The living/kitchen area with 25-foot ceilings and huge windows is really nice. Bedrooms were fine. Would stay there again

James, that living space with 25-foot ceilings and the oversized windows is genuinely one of a kind, and the mill's history gives it a character that newer builds just cannot replicate. Good to know the neighbourhood and responsive communication made it work start to finish. The apartment will be ready whenever you are back in the area.

I love the industrial look and the history about the mill. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay again. The place just grew on me. On a different note, new bath mats are needed. My brother fell getting out of the shower because the mat was very slippery. He’s fine. Towels rolled up on my bed were damp. With that being said I would definitely stay again.
