Gorgeous views from dock and house, sitting porch spanning the entire back of home facing the water and outdoors. Enjoy the fire pit with firewood and gazebo outfitted with a hammock, porch swing, and a jacuzzi. The view of the lake was beautiful. This property is definitely peaceful and serene. Plenty of seating for porch-sitting and there is a great swing to enjoy. The inside could use a good deep cleaning and refresh. The neighborhood felt safe and was quiet.

This was the perfect place to get away from the hustle and bustle and completely unwind. So peaceful and relaxing. The added bonus was having a fenced in yard for our dog. Everything was just as described and we hope to return.

This very relaxing property also comes with a friendly dog. The lights on the pier did not come on at night and one of the tiki torches by the gazebo was knocked over. I would recommend this property to a friend.

6-week Retreat

Just me and my 2 dogs. Though it was considered “not normal” winter weather while I was there I was fine to be missing the central NY state weather back home. And for me it was just what the dr ordered. I enjoyed the quietness and serenity of the surroundings…. the lake. One of the best parts about it for me (besides the hot tub!) was that it’s totally dog friendly, inside and out. Any minor issues that happened to come up during my 6 week stay were quickly tended to as April is very quick to respond to messages. I became so comfortable during my time there that I strongly considered extending my stay. But will definitely look into returning in the future. Thank you April!

The 3 days was just not long enough! Our stay was delightful. Standing at the kitchen window and looking at the lake was so relaxing. Sitting on the dock was indescribable. Nice neighborhood to get out and walk my little dog. It was a perfect getaway!!!

Quiet and Relaxing

This is such a charming place—very clean and spacious. I hadn’t realized there was no dishwasher, so I took on dish duty during our stay, which wasn’t a big deal. I chose this rental mainly for the hot tub, though I didn’t end up using it since the evenings were on the cooler side. It was running and appeared to be in great condition.The home suited our needs perfectly, and we had a great time kayaking and fishing each day. The neighborhood was peaceful, and everything we needed—shopping, restaurants, etc.—was just a short drive away.Our favorite meal was at Phil’s Steakhouse—absolutely worth the wait (plan on at least 20 minutes for a table). We also loved Strawberry Hill—the milkshakes were fantastic, and we brought fresh strawberries home for the family.I could definitely get used to the "lake life."

The relaxing pace we needed

In our mid 70s, we were looking for a place to just relax and decompress. This property is absolutely perfect for that. Beautiful surroundings with the lake, trees, breezes, and quiet. And it is doggie paradise! Our little girl had so much to explore and lots of room to run. We truly enjoyed our stay. And April is so easy to communicate with. Fast response to questions and comments. Made the visit even better.

Wonderful Stay!

We absolutely loved our stay at this great property! The spot could not have been better for us. There is a great fenced yard with a covered back porch which was perfect for sitting out with a good book looking out at the lake. We were able to go out on the lake easily off the dock which was wonderful. We even had our college aged son over for an evening with a couple of his friends and they enjoyed playing cornhole and jumping in the water.The property manager was great and very responsive!We will definitely be back!

Great lake retreat

Even though it rained most of our stay, our hosts had plenty of activities for our grandkids, inside and out! Fishing, swimming and kayaks kept the kids busy when we could be outside. Inside, there were lots of games, puzzles and movies, plus a full kitchen so we could cook our own meals. An added bonus was having a washer and dryer for all our wet clothes and towels! A big thanks to our hosts!

My daughters and I stayed for Spring Break and this location was exactly what we needed. It had everything we could want or need and more. Everything was clean and in its place with plenty of helpful extras. So many things to do here to stay busy for everyone. But also when needed ability to just relax and unwind.
