Yard is completely fenced in for kids and pups to play safely. $30 pet fee.

Full, remodeled kitchen in large open area for visiting and having meals together.
One bedroom with king size bed. One with double bed. One with a twin bed. All beds made up with sheets, blanket, and coverlet.
Laundry room (washer/dryer) has the twin bed.
High chair in the master bedroom closet.
Large Propane Grill and picnic table.
Great open Porch, area with the view, is 10' by 20'.

We had an incredible stay at the farmhouse. It was one of the cleanest rentals we've stayed in for awhile! It had every thing you needed for a comfortable stay. The yard was private and the porch a comfortable place to sit at night to play games and drink coffee in the morning. We intended to travel with pets which is why we originally booked the home but ended up not bringing them. I can see why this place gets great reviews for pets. The yard and fence are really great. It's a short scenic drive from Asheville and we would definitely stay here again!

My wife and I loved our stay. The view is nice from the porch. Not to far from Ashville and its pretty quite. The yard is bigger than it seems and there is a gate on the porch you can set up. So there is a lot of room for the dog to run around. The house has just about eveything you jeed for a short stay. Highly recommend.
