The building will only allow 2 guests in to the amenities. Even if the unit allows 4 guests only 2 of the guests will be allowed amenity access (If youd like an additional two guests to access the amenities we are able to assist with 48 hour notice)

There is also an air mattress, and a couch available in the living room. The apartment is great for a group of friends, couples or a family with children. Please note that the building may occasionally carry out maintenance work on the balconies. During these periods, balcony access could be temporarily restricted, and access to certain parts of the building may also be limited. These works are managed by the building and are outside of the host’s control. We appreciate your understanding and want to be fully transparent so you can plan your stay with confidence.
No Smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit and anywhere on the property.
No Parties or Events
Parties, gatherings, or events of any kind are not allowed.
No Loud Music
Please keep noise levels respectful at all times, especially during evening hours.
No Early Check-In
Early check-in is not available unless previously approved by the host.
No Late Check-Out
Late check-out is not permitted unless previously approved.
Online Check-In & Rental Agreement
All guests must complete the online check-in form and sign the rental agreement before receiving check-in instructions.
Failure to complete both steps may result in delays or inability to access the property.
Balcony Notice
Please note that the balcony is currently closed due to ongoing renovations and is not accessible during your stay. We appreciate your understanding.
