While the beach is regularly maintained, we cannot guarantee clear water or a seaweed-free experience at all times.

My family and I travelled from the UK to STX to visit family and we must say that this has been the best experience we’ve ever had with accommodation! Check in was easy, host communication was fantastic, the property was beautiful, clean and had all that you could need, and the location is amazing! I’d highly recommend visiting the beaches: Rainbow and Shoys beachDefinitely booking here again!!!

We spent 9 nights at this place and honestly we didn't want to leave. This Condo is beautiful decorated and tge special touches throughout the home were so nice...Just bring your family and clothes...they got you. Definitely looking forward to our trip back.

Wonderful stay at STX! If you are planning a trip to the island, I highly recommend this condo! From the very first moment of contact, the host was very attentive, answering every question I had. Check in process was easy, condo was beautiful with very comfortable beds! Plenty of room and every utensil you could think of in the kitchen. Plenty of beach towels, a cooler, snorkeling equipment, chairs, etc. All you would need for a wonderful and relaxing beach day! After all, isn't that why we all go to the Caribbean? We felt secure in the gated complex, and steps from the pool and private beach access. Book it, you wont regret it! Thank you again for sharing your little slice of paradise with our family. We will be back!

Very nice property. One of the bedrooms/bathroom is a master suite with a king bed. The only door encompasses the bedroom and bathroom and there is no door enclosing this toilet. The room with the bunk beds is not crowded as 4 adults were in there just fine. The 6 of us had a wonderful time and enjoyed our stay!
