First Impressions are everything!

We were the first to rent this property and it did not disappoint! The pictures are exactly as they are in real life, though there is now a shade over the pool to keep it nice and cold throughout the day. The stairs are very steep inside, especially to the downstairs with low headroom but it makes it fun and adds to the uniqueness of the property! There is plenty of parking but be warned the hill going up to the house is very steep and narrow, it gets easier after going up and down a time or two.

Great place for our large family group! The host is thoughtful in amenities and super to communicate with, if needed. The views are 5-stars. The house is situated perfectly for afternoon/evening deck lounging and corn hole and star gazing after dark. The pool is much safer for little ones than it looks like in the listing photos, and they've added an awning for sun protection. Convenience store and Rio Frio tubing outfitters are nearby.
