Come visit Sea Salt Villa! This is a 3 story villa completed in 2018. It is located across the street from beautiful Atlantic Beach. From the front door to sandy beach is just a 5 minute walk. Restaurants are located minutes away by foot. This home boasts 2 master bedrooms, both with king temper beds. The third bedroom has a massive bunk for the kids or kids at heart. The bunk has a full bed on the bottom, twin on top and twin trundle as well with new temper mattresses for a comfortable nights rest. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom. The villas host a community pool surrounded by large palm trees and play area. This home comes with nice furnishings and equipped with kitchen supplies, games, child necessities, and more. We, the owners, strive for high standards on this rental. Most of the furniture is all brand new (2018) as well as all the mattresses to make this stay as nice as possible. Key-less entry codes even your kids could remember. Linens are available for rent through BlueWater (https://bluewaterlinens.com/shop/). You can also bring linens. Great Location

This house was clean and had everything we could have needed for our short stay. It is located directly across the street from the beach with a pedestrian crosswalk and beach access only a two minute walk. The host was extremely responsive when we had questions as well

Kid-friendly home

My kids loved their room! The bunk beds are great and there are a lot of toys and games. Nice setup in the living and dining areas. Some kid friendly cups and utensils in the kitchen. We really enjoy this complex with the pool right there and the beach across the street. Owner is very responsive. My husband and I stayed in the third floor bedroom. The mattress is very soft, which I'm sure some people love (but is not our favorite). Also wanted to note that when this listing says no linens included, that means everything even dish towels.

Loved our stay. Layout worked out perfectly for our family. Beautiful decor, pool away is great and not crowded. Location is great as we also went to Beaufort. Would definitely rebook another stay.

We are North Carolina natives. This is one of our favorite beaches to visit. We love the beach but our current occupations keep us in the Raleigh area. We have 3 young kids and a Labrador.

Why they chose this property

We chose Atlantic Beach because we have been coming here for a very long time. The crystal coast offers beautiful scenery and AB is one of our favorites. This beach is not heavily congested like some beaches. It does have a lot to offer though. It’s convenient to Raleigh, which is where we live close to. This beach has other close by cities that offer sites and entertainment to keep you on the go if that’s what you enjoy. Beaufort and Morehead City downtown water fronts are great places to visit. Take a ferry to an island with wild horses or plan a lighthouse tour while visiting the area. Fort Macon and the NC Aquarium are also a plus to keep you learning while on vacation. Some of the best fishing can be done right off shore or inshore from AB. Overall, this is a laid back beach that is family friendly and that’s exactly what we wanted for our family.

What makes this property unique

This home is brand new with tons of new items. If you like freshness and not run down homes with old furniture, this is the one. We have all new temper style mattresses throughout along with new bedroom furniture. The downstairs living area is new as well. The kitchen is fully stocked with items to cook your home cooked meals everyday if you like. We have small kids so we have also tried to make the home very kid friendly. These new villas come complete with an awesome pool just steps from the back patio. There is an expansive 6-inch water deck for toddlers and babies to hang out in. The pool starts at 3 feet and goes to 5 feet at its deepest point. The pool has nice chairs, umbrella tables and a covered area to help keep everyone comfortable. You can access the beach across the street in 5 minutes or walk 10 minutes the opposite direction and watch sunsets on the inter-coastal waterway during summer time. Give this home a try and we are sure you’ll be coming back.
