Nashville (horrible smell)

Walked into the beautiful Nashville suite with the worst sewer smell. The smell came from the bathroom with the 2 queen beds by the front door. We kept the door closed and didn't use that bathroom at all. We called the property manager Southern Vacations and was told they would stop by and fix it. They never came or checked on us.

While our 24/7 Guest Services Team did create a work order after you contacted us, we apologize that our follow up fell short. Our property manager was unable to locate the source of the smell at the time, but we acknowledge that better communication was needed. Your comfort is very important to us, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We’ve shared your comments with our team to ensure a better response and resolution moving forward.
