If you are going to strip the beds & wash the sheets, please leave the folded sheets sitting on the bed. Please do not make the beds. Please strip or pull back covers on any bed that was slept on.
Turn off the TV. On departure day, please put the physical key back onto the key holder.

We are local natives that live inland but love being on the water.

Why they chose this property

We found this great condo in an area that we were visiting all the time anyway. We were attracted to the area for the great fishing, waterfront dining & cool beaches and sandbars that are easily accessible by boat.

What makes this property unique

The community is bordered by Jug Creek to the south & Charlotte Harbor to the north. It's a quaint waterfront community that is quiet and feels authentic.
