Ive been restoring old Rockland buildings for about 36 years. I don’t do it on the cheap.. I turn these old buildings into beautiful places to live. I don’t think i have ever received a bad review. Im vert hands on so if theres an issue i will fix immediately…..because you deserve a great memory of staying in mid-coast Maine…Steve Miller . Currently taking long term reservations for September to june ..2025/2026
Why they chose this property
When i was growing up the places to stay were always Camden and Rockport. You wouldn’t even think of vacation in Rockland. The real reason i bought property in Rockland years ago was that i couldn’t afford Camden or Rockport. Well… I lucked out… Rockland had done a 180 in the past 15 years with great restaurants and art and real estate prices have soared. I can take part of the credit because i beautified about 10 buildings…So come and enjoy and even visit Camden and Rockport.. smiles… but Rockland and restaurants are better!. PS And don’t forget about the new pull out couch in living room fir another couple.
