Our 10 days at le Bruant

Location,location location
just minutes from Baie Saint Paul but tucked away in a quiet sector overlooking the mountain and the ever moving bay. Renters be careful ! In the main bedroom is a ceiling fan
.very low. My girlfriend raised her arms when changing and severely hurt her finger. It might have been worse ! Also, housekeeping could be much more attentive
little things like a chipped glass, no salt, little soap in the dispensers, a few pots and pans that should be thrown away and replaced
at minimal cost. Little things that if done properly help make the experience more memorable.

Nous avons choisi la plus belle fin de semaine pour admirer les couleurs. Le temps doux et ensoleillĂ© a ajoutĂ© un facteur plus Ă  notre expĂ©rience. Un petit feu Ă  l’extĂ©rieur a ajoutĂ© aux charmes de l’expĂ©rience. Caroline a toujours rĂ©pondu rapidement Ă  mes questions et Ă©tait gĂ©nĂ©reuse avec ses suggestions. This cottage is very small

The cabin looked fine in the app but it was way smaller than we imagined. The second bedroom was not accessible so it really should be advertised as a one bedroom. I can’t fault the host. She was very good communicating with us but it just wasn’t what we wanted. We left a day early.

On n’annonce pas 2 chambres quand il faut se plier en deux pour se coucher sous le toit sur une mini-mezzanine! Dans l’unique chambre, on se serait attendu Ă  un lit queen non Ă  un lit double. Quant aux accessoires de cuisine, 2 seules cuillĂšres Ă  soupe, pas d’égouttoir, pas de sac de compost supplĂ©mentaire, pas de thĂ©iĂšre et 2 petites tasses Ă  cafĂ© seulement et au moins un accĂšs aux chaĂźnes de tĂ©lĂ©vision. C’est le genre de dĂ©tail important quand on loue un logement relativement cher. C’est sĂ»r que l’emplacement est magnifique, mais il faudrait revoir un peu le confort.
