The condo was perfect for what we needed. Modern, updated condo which was very nice especially compared to many others we looked at in the search process. The location was great, with a short walk to the beach. The pool situation was very nice too on the resort, we spent most of the time at the larger pool which also had food/beverage servers available. If we had to pick one down side it would be the chairs on the balcony. There were two chairs but both seemed to have some wear and damage, otherwise I’d highly recommend this condo and we hope to come back.
We enjoyed seven days of vacation. We spent everyday on the beach. It was wonderful.

Disliked: Communication
Nice property in a great location. The beach view is incredible. A couple of negative elements: No wristbands in room at check-in. (This was remedied quickly via a call to the property manager). The sink drain in the only bathroom was did not work, thus the sink was unusable. The sliding door to access the balcony did not open. The latter two issues were not resolved during our two-night stay despite multiple calls to the property manager with assurances the problems would be fixed. Disappointing.
The view is stunning, decor was updated and pretty. Very clean! Linens were adequate. Bed mattress was sagging in a bit (I'm only 140 pounds for reference). Two issues occurred that were a little distressing. The first morning we woke up at 0800 to someone banging on our door. It was distressing considering it was just me and my daughter. They could have at least had the courtesy to knock. I was afraid they were going to bust through the door. Turned out to be so called exterminator. Like I'm supposed to trust a stranger at the door? They requested to come in and spray pesticide. Um, ok we're about to shower and eat breakfast with bug spray? No. Sorry. Second issue was that the front door had a code that worked during the day then that night we tried leaving for our dinner reservations but the door would no longer auto lock. Missed dinner since we couldn't leave our place unlocked. I called the "emergency 24/7" line and got the run around and left a message. So we sat wondering what was going to happen. 30 minutes later got a call back. Was told that the door "sticks whenever it rains so you have to hold down the handle and press the button for it to work". Well you should have put that in the instructions for the property. I would give a better review if they had not allowed the exterminator to come by on my time and left instructions for this wonky door lock. Also they should invest in a garbage disposal in the sink, it did not smell great.
