This delightful 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo is situated on the fifth floor of Sugar Top, comfortably accommodating up to 4 guests. From the living area, you can enjoy stunning views of Sugar Mountain’s ski slopes and the breathtaking mountain range through the windows, all while relaxing in the cozy seating. The living area also features a large flat-screen smart TV and a wood fireplace, perfect for unwinding after a day outdoors. The fully stocked kitchen offers ample seating in the dining area. Condo has A/C for the warmer summer months.

Step onto the private balcony to bask in the refreshing mountain air and take in the spectacular long-range views.

During winter months, a Sugar Bear stop at the gatehouse provides transport to and from the slopes. Sugar Top operates its own shuttle system; please note that the parking shuttle is managed by Sugar Top, and Resort Real Estate and Rentals does not oversee this service.

No pets allowed.
Check-ins are not permitted on Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day.
All guests are required to sign a rental agreement upon booking.
