With breathtaking gulf front views that can be enjoyed from your private balcony and just a few steps to the beach!  This 2-bedroom condo sleeps 6 easily with a king bed in the master, a queen bed with a twin trundle in the 2nd bedroom, and a comfortable sofa bed for two.  Everyone will slip into vacation mode in no time. The sunsets are magical! Port St Joe is just 15 minutes away and Panama City is 35 minutes from our home. Mexico Beach is magical with its sugary white sands.

If you are traveling between the months of June-November Travel Insurance is highly recommended for Hurricanes.

Pet Fee is $175 for up to 2 pets under 40 pounds

·       A starter supply of amenities is provided for your convenience; however, you may need to purchase additional amenities during your stay.

·       Guests are charged for stained linen and excessive cleaning needed. We have guests checking in the same day so please be mindful of how you leave the home.

·       Credit card processing fees will not be refunded

·       The minimum age of the primary renter must be 25 years old

·       A doorbell camera is located at the front of the home

The Rental Agreement must be signed to receive check-in instructions.
