Welcome to your perfect South Florida escape! This vibrant home comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests and is packed with fun features for everyone to enjoy. This spacious and thoughtfully decorated 3-bedroom, 2-bath home is ideal for families looking to relax and explore. Fully equipped kitchen & dining space, close to beaches, shopping malls & the airport. Entire private house – yours to enjoy!
The space
Our 3-bedrooms, 5 beds home have 1 Queen, 4 twin beds, and a sofa bed couch in the game room. The master bedroom has a master bathroom. The home has 2 full bathrooms with walk in showers fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, towels, wash clothes, make-up towels, and a hair dryer.

The kitchen is fully stocked with pots & pans, plates, cups, mugs, utensils, cooking tools, coffee pot, tea kettle, toaster oven, oven, refrigerator, and microwave. There’s plenty of dining areas with seating and all the necessary dinnerware.

NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND!!!

For guest's safety, we never allow parties, gatherings, events, drugs or illicit activities. We have external cameras to make sure that there are no intruders, and the guest count is kept to what your reservation was approved for. If there is any security (except medical) emergency where the police are called there is a $250 service fee, and you will be asked to leave the premises. Make sure all TV remote controls are put back where you find them. If lost or missing, there is a $50 replacement charge.

Access the house with keyless entry. The front door has a keypad for code access. Fenced in parking spots in the driveway.

Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Collect all used towels and put them in the hamper that is in the laundry room.
Place all trash in the green trash bin behind the property. Blue trash bin is for recycling only! City trash pick up days are: Mondays green trash bin only and Thursdays both green & blue trash bins.
Keyless entry door lock code will be the last 4-digits of your phone number once booking is confirmed.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Keep all doors and windows closed at all times and bugs and lizards out—after all, it’s Florida.
No smoking, vaping, parties, gatherings or events. Additional guests require the host’s permission. Lock all doors and windows before leaving the home
Please take out trash if trash full. Do not eat or keep any food in the bedrooms. Place used towels the hamper in the laundry room before check out.

This place is decent, just a little dirty, there was old food in the fridge, blood or food smeared on the walls. And garbage in the nightstands. But it’s in a great location really good parking for a big truck which was my main focus. I stayed here for three weeks for work.

Thank you for staying with us and for mentioning the location and truck-friendly parking. Our home is thoroughly cleaned and inspected before each guest arrives. Following your three-week stay, our cleaning team find a syringe left on the kitchen counter that required special disposal for safety, and what appears to be a vape on the bed. Because of this, we were surprised by the cleanliness comments. We did offer free cleaning services during your stay, which you declined. Regarding the refrigerator, the only food item left behind was an unopened pack of onions. Our staff believed it was unopened and usable for the next guest, but we understand that preferences around this can vary and we appreciate you bringing it to our attention. We remain committed to maintaining a clean and comfortable space for all guests and appreciate the feedback.

Nice place it just needs a deep clean. And the host is very pushy. I’m leaving a five star review. Overall, though she was nice and it’s a good place just has dirty showers toothpaste splattered on the mirrors and walls.
