AMAZING! Pictures do not do this home justice. The attention to detail, the amenities provided and the general ambiance is exceptional. The owners are obviously professional designers, architects or both. You are just minutes from the park entrance and right on the edge of the river. We panned on one "at home day" to just sit on the back porch with the automatic firepit going and enjoy each other's company while watching the river go by. Skip the Sequoia area motels and upgrade to this beautiful home.

This is an Amazing house and property! Chris is an excellent host, he made sure our every want or need was met! Very close to Sequoia National Park entrance, which was great! The view and sound of the river are so Relaxing that you don’t want to leave the property! The house is stocked with everything you need and more! Our group agreed that this is the Best VRBO property we have stayed in and we would love to come back to Enjoy it again soon!

This was the second time we stayed in this wonderful property. It is a beautiful home in a beautiful setting. The house is so well stocked for every need. I needed to ask Chris a few questions, and he immediately responded. We even did family portraits at this beautiful location. We will be back again!

Sequoia Falls is a gem. The property, right on the river, is magical. There are multiple areas to gather inside and outdoors, as well as peaceful corners to catch a catnap or just listen to the sound of the river and wind chimes. So much care and thought has been put into preparing this property for guests; the difference is in the small details. SF is steps from Sequoia National Park, which we visited, but Three Rivers is a sweet escape in itself. This is easily the best house we have stayed in and will go back in a heartbeat. Thank you for a wonderful week!

Best stay ever!

We had a family of 7 over Christmas and the place was absolutely perfect! Had everything (and more) that we needed, layout of house is exceptional, so many places to relax on the property, river frontage is prime, stocked with games and activities for whole family. Every one of us felt sad to leave!

Our extended family (ages 6 - 76) were amazed and delighted. We are all cooks, so the well -stocked kitchen was appreciated. Ever corner had a remarkable convenience, design feature, plant or book that made the visit even more restful and welcoming.

Tranquil and Beautiful

This was our first VRBO rental, and we were blown away with the details of a home away from home. The location is perfect to visit Sequoia and it was truly memorable being on the river. The kids loved it. The owner was very easy to communicate with. I highly recommend the property.

Remarkable location and house

Hands down, the best location in the area! The house is perfectly maintained with all the amenities one could ask for. We've stayed here for three days on two separate occasions, and it's never been enough.

Perfection - Inside and Out

It’s all been said, but I’ll go ahead and repeat. This property is amazing! The view, the sandy beach where we played bocce every night, the beautifully decorated interior, perfection. You won’t want to leave.
