Great vacation place

We had a wonderful time at this place the view is wonderful the condo is well laid out it is close to nice restaurants and stores there are plenty of places to walk the kitchen is well stocked everything was perfect I wish we could have stayed longer

We had a wonderful time!

This condo was perfect, gorgeous sunrises and sunsets, view of McDowell Mountain was incredible. The owners could not have been more accommodating. An all around great time!

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!

PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE. THE PHOTOS ARE VERY MISLEADING. THE CONDO IS MOLD INFESTED. THE BATHROOMS HAVE BLACK MOLD ALL OVER THEM. THE MAIDS ARE DISHONEST AND THE OWNERS AS WELL. THEY WILL CHEAT YOU AND POSSIBLY CHARGE YOU MORE. WE ARE HIGHLY CREDIBLE PEOPLE, CPA'S AND ATTORNEYS. THE PLACE IS FILTHY DIRTY. I HAD TO SCRUB AND SCRUB AND SCRUB. I SPENT A MONTH CLEANING. IT WAS EMBARRASSING WHEN OUR FRIENDS CAME. I BOUGHT NEW RUGS, BATH MATS, ETC. BECAUSE THE ONES THERE WERE DISGUSTING. STAINED, NOT VACUUMED AND SO DIRTY. THE ART WORK IS VERY CHEAP. THE CONDO IS SO OUTDATED IT IS VERY DARK. THE FURNITURE IS 20 YEARS OUTDATED. THE PATIO FURNITURE WAS FULL OF COB WEBS AND THE FLOOR NOT CLEANABLE. I SENT RECEIPTS FOR THEM TO REIMBURSE ME AND THEY HAVE BLOCKED MY CALLS FROM THEIR PHONES. THE NEIGHBORS ARE VERY ANGRY BECAUSE THE PATIO IS DISCUSTING. THE OWNERS LIVE IN CANADA AND DONT CARE. THE SHOWER WAS BROKEN, THE CLOSET BROKEN, THE MAIN LIVING ROOM SHADE BROKEN. THE DRYER IS BROKEN THEY ACCUSED ME OF LEAVING THE PLACE "DISGUSTING" BECAUSE THEY CHEAT THE MAIDS AND THE MAIDS COMPLAIN ABOUT EVERYONE, THEY WILL COME BACK WITH A RESPONSE BUT PLEASE DON'T BELIEVE THEM! YOU ARE BETTER OFF STAYING AT THE OTHER VRBO IN SCOTTSDALE RANCH THAT OVERLOOKS A BEAUTIFUL PARK AND IS LESS EXPENSIVE WITH HONEST OWNERS. THANK YOU FOR YOUR TIME!

Loved loved the location and the beautiful setting. Would love to stay here again next year! Just a couple of minor issues with the front door and the faucet in the master bedroom. But the owner was very accessible and solved all in a very short period of time. Woud definatley be my favorite VRBO so far.

Wonderful location and stay

This was an amazing property, we loved it's location and being able to look at when we wanted to see the water and mountains, amazing views. The condo itself was very well equipped, I had asked for a few items which I found there when we checked in. We had good communication witht he property manager and she answered many of the questions we did pose to her. The one negative is the master bedroom bed, it was quite used and sagging so we would suggest a new mattress but other than that all was to be expected for a bottom floor unit. We would definitely rent in that location again if and when we return to Scottsdale. We did have to cut our vacation short by 2 weeks due to the Coronavirus outbreak. I did the best I could to keep the place sanitized and clean, even at departure. We were sad to have to leave and sad to have to have our children and Grandchildren not be able to come visit for a week due to this but everyone is under the same circumstances. WE ARE STRONG TOGETHER....stay safe and healthy everyone.
