Guests will be treated to wine & chocolate upon arrival (or San Pellegrino if preferred) One free parking spot on site too!

Coeur d’ Lovely has 3 bedrooms with new mattresses and plush, cloud-like mattress toppers. The twin bedroom offers a trundle bed for additional sleeping space.

The entire top floor is the main guest space with the downstairs area offering a washer and dryer with laundry supplies.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Please gather used towels in bathtub

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

For overnight stays (one night only), cleaning fee increases to $250 from usual $150 (two or more nights).

When booking for 4 or more guests (regardless of multiple nights), a $250 cleaning fee will be assessed.

Pets and smoking are not allowed, and will incur a $250 cleaning fee if violated. Thanks!

Originally from San Diego, I call Coeur d'Alene my Pacific Northwest Coronado. It has everything a person could want and the natural beauty is breathtaking. I have worked in the hotel and hospitality industry for years, so this is something that I truly take both pride and enjoyment doing.

Why they chose this property

Downtown Coeur d'Alene's a vibe. It's impossible with the lake steps away and the beauty of Tubbs Hill to not feel like you're on vacation. Good luck trying to work for hours on end with all that's within reach in CDA!

What makes this property unique

This home is truly a slice of heaven. with both the inside and outside beckoning you. Take a seat under a leafy canopy in the backyard, fire up the grill for some good eats, or better yet, make a cozy bonfire with all the s'mores fixings! Once you're ready to come inside, enjoy playing board games, watching a movie, and don't forget you have a bottle of wine and chocolate waiting for you!
