We have stayed here multiple times over the past 10 years. Our favorite place to stay in Nashville! So many restaurants nearby. Love the pools and hot tub. And a shuttle to get downtown if we have plans there. Much easier than finding parking!
It was very clean. I did appreciate that the towels were unscented. The checking process was a bit lengthy. It was a deceiving that they were going to have a sales pitch at check in. But overall it was a decent stay.
Room was nice but not the room that was advertised. Still very nice accommodations. There was a lot of noise from the room overhead and you could hear someone when they coughed in the connecting room. Would still stay at the location with hope of avoiding the timeshare personnel.
We loved our stay. It was the perfect location to walk to the grand old Opry and the mall. The shuttle was a great feature to get us to Broadway and back easily. The room was very spacious and had everything we needed, but they were not very soundproof. We could hear the people talking in the room next to us. The staff was very friendly and there were three pool areas that were very nice. Overall, it was perfect for our budget and our needs. I would stay there again and highly recommend it!
We were looking forward to our first visit to Nashville and were excited about our booking, but felt somewhat pressured to explore your other property for a timeshare opportunity.
The location is good -- right by the freeway to easily get to downtown and the airport. If you enjoy country line dancing, Nashville Palace down the street is an amazing venue! The timeshare reps are respectful and do not pester you.The only challenge comes with the uncertainty of which unit you will get. I got a unit on the first floor with the bedroom window facing the walkway -- no privacy without closing the drapes and *a lot of noise*. The walls can be fairly thin; I couldn't sleep in past 8AM any morning due to the cleaning services occurring in the unit above me. Otherwise the unit was clean and comfortable!Bonus: the fitness room has a Peloton!
Cannot stress enough how great this VRBO was. -Communication before the actual trip was easy and quick, need to change our check in day and it took less than 5 minutes to do. -Location is PERFECT! Super quiet location right by Grand Ole Opry with lots of fun bars and places around.-Got to check in at 4:10, was in our room by 4:20. Jovani at the concierge was very helpful. -Room was beautiful, spacious, and well stocked with amenities. Bed was huge with super soft pillows. Bathroom was nicely kept with shampoo/conditioner/body wash also available. *Only negatives (if you can even call it that) was that the unit itself could use a little TLC. Floors are chipped and scuffed and the bathroom cabinet doors and living room tv stand are loose and can’t close all the way. But for only tiny aesthetic details being the only downfall, I’d say 10/10 best deal around.

Nice facility, generally clean. Disappointed to learn they charged for shuttle and then it fills up and you can’t even get on. Aggressive time share pitch which turned into rudeness when you don’t agree to attend their presentation. Check in agent was quite rude.
