This newly renovated 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom cottage is in the heart of the hip and trendy urban sector of Nashville known as East Nashville.
Just a short walk or drive to numerous bars, restaurants, parks & coffee shops.

This residential neighborhood is less than 10 mins to Broadway and the wonderful Honky Tonk lifestyle that Music City has to offer.

Unlike a lot of Nashville’s short term rental options which are commercially zoned, this cottage has the true feeling of being at home. Enjoy the beautiful screened-in porch overlooking a spacious, fenced in back yard with multiple deck areas to lounge, play games and enjoy grilling some steaks on the BBQ with friends. This is the perfect place to relax and regroup before setting out on adventurous days and nights amongst our lovely city.

The house includes 8 beds and provides sleeping arrangements for up to 10 guests.
We find most guests prefer to know the layout of all the beds, including size and location, so we’ve prepared a breakdown in the description below and a floorpan amongst the pictures.

Bedroom #1 is located on the main level. It includes a Queen size bed, a spacious closet and a flat screen TV mounted to the wall. (1 bed that sleeps up to 2 people)

Bedroom #2 is also located on the main floor and includes 4 Twin beds set up in bunk formation. (4 beds that sleep up to 4 people)

Bathroom #1 serves as the primary bathroom for the main level and includes dual vanity sinks and a large walk-in tiled shower.

Bedroom #3 is located upstairs and features a Queen sized bed along with a Twin sized bed. This bedroom is en-suite with a cozy bathroom including a tub/shower combo. (2 beds that sleep up to 3 people)

The living room showcases a large flat screen TV mounted above a decorative fireplace. There are 2 sofas providing seating, one of which includes a Queen pull out bed. (1 Bed that sleeps up to 2 people)

Additional highlights of the home include, a dining room, a spacious kitchen with everything you could need to eat in during your stay, and a laundry room incase you need to refresh any towels or launder your favorite clothing!

The driveway is large enough to park 2 vehicles and extra vehicles could park along the road if needed. However, please do not park in the neighbors driveway which is adjacent to ours.

Pets are allowed on a case by case basis. They must be approved ahead of booking so please don't automatically book and then let us know about the pet after the booking has been reserved. Only 1 dog would be allowed and there is a $150 fee if the dog breed and weight is accepted prior to booking.
